Thank you for your interest in this wonderful opportunity to share the Gospel with children, teenagers, and parents who visit the Prince William County Fair. Please understand that you are required to take the steps of the Child Protection Policy, because you are ministering mostly to children.
If you are a new volunteer to work with us, please click the page of the Volunteer Application and take the Step 2 and 3.
If you have filled out the Child Protection Policy (CPP) within 5 years through us, you don't have to fill out the CPP again.
Instructions:
1) CEF booth is inside the commercial building (air-conditioned building) of the Fair ground.
2) We have only two chairs for the volunteers (picture above) because of the limited size of the booth. Depending on the number of volunteers, we may or may not have extra passes available to enter into the fairground gate without admission fee. If you have any questions, feel free to contact E.J. ([email protected]) or Ray ([email protected]).
3) Fair volunteers are encouraged to present the Wordless Book story with verses in 7 -10 minutes, because parents don’t want to wait for their kids around the booth for over 10 minutes.
4) Physical Address of the fair ground is 10624 Dumfries Road, Manassas, VA 20112. You can visit their website at www.pwcfair.com to check it out.

Praise the Lord that God sent 11 volunteers to share the Gospel at the county fair in 2024. We had shared the Gospel with 181 children, teens, and adults at the booth. 33 people professed their faith in Jesus Christ!
